Residents of Greenbrae and Larkspur are familiar with the walking pathway along the serene Corte Madera Creek. Here can be found people walking their dogs and or children, several species of water fowl. and rowers practicing their craft along the waterway. Many of the benches are positioned to face Mt. Tam for breath-taking sunset views.
The open house last weekend showed us that the buyers are sitting on the fence playing the waiting game. Even so, at 12 Elizabeth Circle we had 18 groups of people through the open house last Sunday. This coming Sunday we are hosting another open house to the public. If you have any family of friends looking for a good home, please let then know about about this one and invite them to come to the open house on Sunday, January 18th from 1-4pm. I'll see you there.
